Delivery Policy
Our Grazing Boxes and Platters are available for delivery across Leeds.
Our standard delivery times are 9am-5pm.
We will try to communicate a delivery window on or before the delivery date. Please add to the notes if you have a specific delivery request and we will do our best to accommodate this. Your box will be delivered to a neighbor if you are not in.
By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the correct delivery address. Please also ensure you have selected the correct date for delivery. The Last Supper Grazing limited cannot be held responsible for these errors. If you think you have inputted the incorrect details please contact us immediately.
If you are sending a gift, our delivery driver will attempt to deliver at the address provided. If they fail to get hold of yourself/recipient then your Box will be delivered to a neighbour. You will be notified of these attempts and delivery to neighbour via the email address or phone number provided.
Refunds Policy
Due to the fresh nature of our products, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. If there is a fault or error with your order we must be informed within 12 hours of delivery in order to offer a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for cancellation within three months of an event, but can offer change of date if reasonable notice is given.
Food Handling
Our produce is sourced weekly and therefore is subject to availability and substitutions. Please notify us of any allergy or dietary requests at the time of ordering, however due to the nature of the produce and high risk of contamination we cannot accommodate for special allergy requests. Upon receiving your product please keep chilled and consume within 2-3 days. If unrefrigerated food must be disposed of after 4 hours to comply with UK food standard regulations.
